Tender for Supply Of Potable Drinking Water To Station And Colonies Through Water Tanker At Various Locations In Sse/W/Tpj Section For A Period Of One Year. , - Collection And Supply Of Potable Water Through Contractors Own Water Tanker Mounted On Lorry Duly Collecting Water From Sources Outside The Railway Premises And Leading To Various Nominated Points And Decanting The Water Into The Railways Ground Level Reservoir Using Contractors Own Pumping Arrangements Etc., As Directed By The Engineers Representative With All Seignorage Charges, Lead, Lift, Descent, Filling, Transportation, Hire Charges, Power, Fuel, Labour, Tools And Plant, Consumables, Maintenance Charges, Taxes, Losses, Disinfection To Bis Standards, Incidental Charges, Testing Charges Of Water Samples, Incidental Charges Etc., Complete By The Contractor And As Directed By The Engineers Representative. (The Contractor Should Submit The Test Certificate For Water Regarding Suitability For Drinking Whenever Required As Directed By Engineer-In- Charge) Note: 1) Payment Will Be Made Based On The Records Of Departmental Meter Reading, Lorry Trip Sheet And Log Book Maintained In Each Location Duly Signed By The Contractors Representative And Railway Representative. 2) The Rate Quoted Shall Include Cost Of Periodical Testing Of Water Such As Physical, Chemical And Bacteriological Test. 3)Test Certificate Checked By Engineers Representative To Be Enclosed Along With Contractors Payment Bill.
