The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Municipal Roads: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road, Plot No.: 1051/1; 1049; 1022; 430 In Rozbórz, Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road, Plot No.: 606; 607, 543/48, 543/12 In Świętoniowa, Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road, Plot No.: 1722, In Grzęska, Renovation Of A Municipal Road, Plot No. Register: 2511 In Nowosielce. The Scope Of Works For The Above-Mentioned Task Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction Of The Route In The Field, Trenching With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, Stabilization Of The Ground With Cement, Construction Of The Foundation, Construction Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces Or Openwork Slabs, Filling Of Roadsides, Strengthening Slopes With Openwork Slabs. Before Implementing The Investment Project, The Route Of The Road Lane Should Be Determined In The Field. A Bed Should Be Made For The Designed Road Layers On The Existing Gravel Road. The Existing Subfloor Should Be Profiled And Compacted. After Profiling, Construction Layers Should Be Made. Construction Of The Bituminous Road: • Improvement Of The Subsoil Made Of Cement-Stabilized Soil With Prior Graining, 15 Cm Thick, • Foundation Made Of A Mixture Of Unbound Fraction 0/31.5, Mechanically Compacted, 15 Cm Thick, • Binding Layer Of Ac 16 W Asphalt Concrete, 4 Cm Thick, • Wearing Course Of Ac 8 S Asphalt Concrete, 3 Mm Thick Cm. Preparation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Will Consist In Milling The Existing Surface, Creating A Trough On The Widenings, Profiling And Compacting The Subgrade, And Making A Base From An Unbound Mixture. On The Prepared Base, A Binding Layer Of Ac 16 W Asphalt Concrete Should Be Placed, Followed By A Wearing Course Of Ac 11S Asphalt Concrete. On The Width Of The Existing Bituminous Road, The Following Should Be Done: • Milling Of The Asphalt Surface • Making Of A Sub-Base Made Of An Unbound Mixture Of Thickness. 15Cm• Binder Layer Of Ac 16 Asphalt Concrete, 4Cm Thick• Ac 11S Wearing Course 3Cm Thick. For Surfaces Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs, The Following Should Be Performed: - Making A Base From A Mixture Of Unbound Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Gr 15Cm - Making A Base From Cement Concrete 10Cm Thick - Making A Surface From Openwork Concrete Slabs 10Cm Thick The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Swz And Offer Cost Estimate Forms Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
