The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Performance Of An Operational Inspection Of Petroleum Substance Separators And Settling Tanks Located Along Provincial Roads: A) No. 813 Międzyrzec Podlaski - Parczew - Ostrów Lubelski - Łęczna In The Amount Of 2 Pcs., B) No. 814 Radzyń Podlaski - Suchowola - Żminne In The Amount Of 24 Pcs., C) No. 815 Wisznice - Parczew - Siemień - Lubartów In The Amount Of 7 Pieces, To Determine The Degree Of Contamination Of The Installation With Waste And The Need To Clean It, As Well As To Assess The Correct Operation Of The Entire Installation.2) Cleaning Of Oil Separators And Settling Tanks Listed In Table 1, Collection And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Generated As A Result Of This Service.2. Date Of The Next Cleaning; H) Preparation Of A Report On The Inspection; I) Preparation Of Photographic Material From The Inspection.3. The Contractors Responsibilities Regarding Cleaning Include: A) Emptying The Tanks; B) Thorough Washing Of The Separator Components; C) Replacing Worn Or Damaged Separator Elements; D) Possibly Carrying Out Other Maintenance Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Separators And Settling Tanks; E) Thorough Cleaning Of The Tanks; F) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste - Residues After Cleaning; G) Making Entries In The Separator Operation Book After Cleaning.
