Tenders are invited for License to Utilize Advertising Billboard Sites in Al Farwaniyah Governorate. A fee for purchasing tender documents is required: Companies and institutions previously qualified by the Municipality and wishing to participate and obtain the tender documents must pay KD 200 (two hundred Kuwaiti Dinars only). This payment can be made electronically via K-net. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The closing date for bids is Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in the designated official envelopes, which must be securely sealed with red wax and clearly marked with the tender number and subject. Any bid bearing a mark or indication of the bidders name will not be accepted. Torn, damaged, or defaced envelopes will not be accepted. They should be placed in the designated box located at Kuwait Municipality, Administrative Building, 10th Floor, Tenders and Contracts Department. Bid bond: The bid bond must be submitted with each bid in the form of a certified check, a non-refundable financial guarantee letter, without a condition or reservation issued by a bank licensed to operate in the State of Kuwait, in the name of the investor and in favor of Kuwait Municipality, for a percentage not less than (2%) and not exceeding (5%) of the bid value. The bid bond may not be withdrawn except after (90) days from the closing date or upon signing the contract, unless it is canceled. Bids not accompanied by the bid bond will be disregarded. Bid Validity Period: Bids are valid for (90) (ninety) days from the date of opening the envelopes. The bid remains valid and irrevocable from the date of issuance, and no price amendments will be accepted after the bid has been submitted. Pre-tendering Meeting: A pre-tendering meeting for investors (bidders) who have obtained the bidding documents will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Kuwait Municipality headquarters - Ministers Building, First Floor - Wara Hall - at 10:30 AM. Tender Type: (Indivisible). Tender Type: This tender is for companies or institutions registered in the Bidders Register with a value exceeding one million Kuwaiti Dinars at Kuwait Municipality. The investors submitting bids, or their legal representatives, must be present with the official documents. The municipality will not be held responsible for any failure to attend. The session will be held in the main meeting hall, Building (B), 5th floor. Investors applying to purchase tender documents must: 1- Submit a recent certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming that the companys file is active and that there are no restrictions on the companys eligibility for government contracts, and that the company adheres to the provisions of the Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010 and its amendments. 2- Comply with Law No. 19 of 2000 concerning the support of national employment in non-governmental entities. 3- The signature must be authorized by the Public Authority for Manpower and certified by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 4- Submit an official power of attorney for the investors legal representative when submitting the bid or for referring to the Kuwait Municipality, or attending pre-tendering meetings, bid openings, or any subsequent reviews related to the proceduresthis paragraph is limited to the representative of the winning investor. It grants the agent the right to review all government ministries and the Kuwait Municipality, and the right to attend pre-tendering meetings and bid opening meetings. 90 5.
