In The Project, Loenkoulus Current Oil Heating System Will Be Replaced With A Geothermal System. This Request For Tender Concerns The Drilling Of Energy Wells Belonging To The Geothermal System. The Contract Is Executed As A Contract With A Unit Price. Final Invoicing Is Based On Realized Quantities. The Customer Only Pays For The Actual Amount Of Work Performed Based On The Approved Unit Prices. For The Comparison Of Offers, The Calculated Comparison Performance Defined In The Request For Offers Is Used. The Quantities Used In The Comparison Do Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Contract Includes The Drilling Of A Total Of Seven (7) Energy Wells. The Preliminary Locations Of The Energy Wells Are Shown In The Hvac Station Drawing Attached To The Tender Request. The Final Locations Of The Boreholes Are Defined Together With The Customer On The Site Before The Drilling Work Begins. The Calculation Procedure Used In The Comparison Of The Offers Is As Follows: - Number Of Energy Wells 7 Pcs - Reference Depth Of Rock Drilling 255 M / Energy Well - Reference Length Of Soft Earth Drilling And Steel Piping 15 M / Energy Well The Amount Of Soft Earth Used In The Comparison Calculation Is An Estimate. The Actual Amount Of Soft Soil And Steel Piping May Differ From The Amount Used In The Comparison, And Invoicing Is Done According To The Actual Amounts. The Contract Includes All The Work, Supplies, Materials, Transportation, Equipment, Work Management, Security Measures, Documentation And Other Costs Necessary To Implement The Energy Wells, Fully Completed. The Report Must Contain At Least The Basic Information Of The Object, The Position Of The Well, The Quality Of The Soil And Rock With Depth, The Depth Of The Rock Surface, The Time Of Drilling, The Total Depth Of The Borehole, The Depth Of Activity, The Diameter Of The Borehole, Any Tilting Drilling Data, Observations Of Cracks, The Number And Information Of The Protection Pipe, The Sealing Method Of The Protection Pipe, The Water Level, The Material And Size Of The Heat Collection Piping, The Installed Total Length, The Geothermal Fluid Used, And The Pressurization Protocol. The Handover Material Must Be Delivered To The Customer In Electronic Form Before The Final Invoice Is Accepted. The Contract Complies With This Rfp, The Hvac Station Drawing Attached To The Rfp, And The General Contract Conditions Of Construction Contracts Yse 1998. The Rfp Is Attached With The Hvac Station Drawing, On Which The Locations Of The Energy Wells Are Marked.
