Accommodation, Building And Window Cleaning Services – Cleaning Services For The Premises Of The Palais Des Festivals Et Des Congrès De Cannes And Its Outbuildings, And Cleaning Of Exhibition Areas During The Assembly And Dismantling Of The Exhibitions. Inaugurated In 1982, The Palais Des Festivals Et Des Congrès De Cannes, Whose Management Was Entrusted To The Société Dentreprises Mixte Pour Les Événements Cannes (Semec), Hosts Numerous Trade Shows, Congresses And Seminars Every Year. Its Surface Area, All Types Of Surfaces Combined, Is Approximately 81,000 M2, Including 56,000 M2 (Distributed Over 9 Levels) For The Palace, And 25,000 M2 (Distributed Over 3 Levels) For Its Extension, Known As The Riviera Space. Semec Is Also Required To Intervene Occasionally In Other Adjoining Spaces Such As The Pantiéro (Approximately 6,270 M2), The Maritime Station With Its Entrance Porch And Its Quay On The Port Side (Approximately 1,695 M2), Etc. Please Note That, For The Largest Events, An Area Of 35,000 To 45,000 M2 Must Be Cleaned Daily For An Average Of 4 Days. These Cleaning Services Also Include: - Window Cleaning: Approximately 103,000 M2 Per Year, Part Of Which (Approximately 12,400 M2 Per Year) Requires The Service Provider To Rent A Self-Propelled Aerial Platform; - The Supply Of Products, Accessories And Materials Necessary For The Services, Subject Of This Consultation; - The Supply Of Hand Towels, Toilet Paper, Liquid Soap, Air Freshener Bombs And Hydroalcoholic Gel, As Well As All The Corresponding Dispensers And Other Equipment (I.E., For Information Only, 861 Pieces Of Equipment Such As Hand Towel, Toilet Paper And Soap Dispensers, Automatic Hand Dryers, Air Freshener Diffusers, Hydroalcoholic Gel Dispensers And Feminine Hygiene Receptacles). 2.2) Clearing Exhibition Areas During The Assembly And Dismantling Periods Of The Exhibitions Hosted Within The Palais Des Festivals. These Services Consist Of Clearing The Areas Of Any Waste Resulting From Assembly And Dismantling Activities (Packaging, Polyanes, Paper, Carpets, Wall Fabrics, Cardboard, Pallets, Wood, Adhesives, Etc.)
