In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, A Contractor Should Be Appointed For The Implementation Of The Smr For The Closure And Reclamation Of The Existing Landfill For Sludge From The Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant In The City Of Plovdiv. According To The Approved Investment Work Project, Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement, The Following Activities Are Planned For Implementation: Formation Of The Enclosing Dyke Of The Landfill; Cleaning Of Construction Waste From Adjacent Grounds; Building A Stabilizing Layer; Gas-Drainage System – Gas-Drainage Trenches And Gas Wells; Upper Insulating Screen Meeting The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 6 And Including Geosynthetic Mineral Seal And Drainage Composite; Reclamation Layer - Earth Masses 100 Cm; Surface Drainage Of The Site To Remove Surface Water Beyond The Reach Of The Landfill; Biological Reclamation And Vegetation Care.; Construction Of Monitoring Points; New Depot Fence With Two Vehicle Approaches And Two Human Entrances. The Main Parameters Of The Site Are: Area 100,212 M2; Area Occupied By The Sediments In The Existing Landfill - 70,455.93 M2; Volume Of Deposited Sediments - 349,230 M3; Built-Up Area Of ​​The Landfill According To The Project (Including Enclosing Dykes) - 9,6830 M2; Reclaimed Surface Of The Landfill And Dikes - 9,6830 M2; Reclaimed Adjacent Lands-36,293.17 M2; Temporary Landfills For Earth Masses 4 Pcs. -19,960 M2. The Planned Activities Include Technical Reclamation (Preparatory Works, Enclosing Dyke, Surrounding Terrain And Displacement Of Existing Road; Laying Of Stabilization Layer; Laying Of Upper Insulating Screen; Laying Of Earth Masses On The Flat Part Of The Site, Including The Crown Of The Dyke With An Average Height Of 10 Cm (Depending On Surface Irregularities) And 15 Cm On The Outer Slope Of The Dyke, Spreading 10 Cm Biofertilizer And Plowing In The 30 Cm Upper Layer), Biological Reclamation, Construction Of A Fence With Reinforced Concrete Stakes And Six Rows Of Barbed Wire, Monitoring For No Less Than 30 Years Including Recording Of Meteorological Data, Environmental Control - Groundwater, Surface Water And Gas Emissions And Assessment Of The Stability And Settlement Of The Waste Body. According To Ordinance No. 6 For Local Monitoring Of Groundwater In The Area Of ​​The Landfill, Three Monitoring Wells (Piezometers) Will Be Built With A Depth Of P1 - 15 M, P2 - 10 M And P3 - 10 M. The Piezometers Are Located One Before And Two After The Landfill In The Direction Of The Assumed Natural Filtration Flow. To Determine The Deformations Of The Landfill Dikes, Four Observable Points (Level Benchmarks) Will Be Made Along The Crown Of The Dike. The Benchmarks Are Concrete And Are 0.2 M Above The Level Of The Reclaimed Terrain.
