Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Rhineland-Palatinate Audit Office, Fire Protection Measures - Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment, System Groups 1 And 2. The State Audit Office Of Rhineland-Palatinate (Lrh) Currently Has Its Headquarters In Several Buildings On Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße And Obere Langgasse In Speyer (Buildings A To E). Buildings A And B Were Formerly Built As An Agricultural School And Later Converted For The Lrh. The Old Building Of The Lrh (Building E) Is An Administration Building From The 1960S, Which Is Not Listed, But Is Typical Of The Time It Was Built In Terms Of Materials, Room Layouts And Appearance. The State Property And Construction Management Company Lbb, Landau Branch Is Planning To Upgrade The Above-Mentioned Buildings For Fire Protection. However, Due To An Upcoming Sale, Only An Interim Solution Will Be Implemented In Part B Of The Building. The Measures Are To Be Implemented On The Basis Of Three Fire Protection Concepts For Buildings E & D As Well As A And B, As Well As The Determination To Reduce The Scope Of Measures For Building B (Interim). The Fire Protection Measures Were Planned For The Kg 400 Supply Technology Trades Up To The Construction Budget Document (Hu-Construction) Or Up To The End Of Lph 3 (Draft Planning). The Measures Described In The Explanatory Report (Hu Construction) Include The Renovation And Renewal Of Fire Protection-Qualified Wall And Ceiling Penetrations In The Plumbing (Wastewater And Water Supply) And Heating Technology Trades. Typical, Frequently Occurring Fire Protection Deficiencies In The Buildings Are: - Pipe Penetrations Were Carried Out In Walls And Floor Ceilings Without Insulation. -Pipes Were Routed Through Walls With Insulation With A Melting Point < 1000°C (E.G. Glass Wool). In Some Areas, Destructive Measures Must Be Taken As Part Of Fire Protection Renovation So That It Can Be Determined Which Pipe Materials Have Been Used. An Environmental Technical Report On Building Pollutant Investigations Is Available. It Was Discovered That Artificial Mineral Fibers (Old Mineral Wool, Manufactured Before 2000) Were Installed And That Pipe Casings Containing Asbestos Were Installed In One Area. The Work Of The Technical Equipment Planning Includes In Detail: System Group 1 - Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems: Determined Construction Costs Eur 76,362.86 - The Basis For Determining The Costs For Kg 410 Must Be Updated. In The Meantime, The Majority Of The Drinking Water Pipes In All Parts Of The Building Have Been Renovated. For This Purpose, An Inventory Is Necessary To Compare The Previously Planned Fire Barriers With The Fire Barriers Currently Still Required. -Continuation Of The Planning For The Implementation Of The Fire Protection Concepts From Lph 5 For Buildings E, D, A And B Interim, Building On The Design Plans Already Created For Kg 410. Specifically, The Measures Concern The Upgrading And Renewal Of Fire Protection Implementations. System Group 2 - Heat Supply Systems Determined Construction Costs Eur 61,368.78 - Continuation Of The Planning For The Implementation Of The Fire Protection Regulations
