Expression of Interest for Provision of HVAC Maintenance Services Eacop Project Sites in Tanzania BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES: The EACOP system is equipped with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems installed at the pipeline and associated operational facilities to ensure proper environmental control, equipment protection, and safe operating conditions. These HVAC systems support critical areas such as control rooms, electrical rooms, telecommunications rooms, equipment shelters, pumping stations, pressure reduction stations, mainline block valve stations, and terminal facilities along the pipeline corridor distributed across 23 sites. The required Services will cover all equipment equipped with HVAC system listed below, but not limited to: · Air Conditioning Units (Split, Package, and Precision Units) about 76; Chillers 9; Air Handling Units (AHU) 40; Pressurization units and Ventilation equipment serving LLHT station 15; Refrigeration and Cooling Systems 22; Control Panels & HVAC Controls 15. MAIN ACTIVITIES a. Stand-By and Response Readiness · Maintaining on-duty standby personnel with full 24/7 response capability. · Maintaining, preserving, and ensuring readiness of all HVAC maintenance tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles required for intervention. b. Immediate Response and Logistics · Immediate transportation and mobilization of required personnel, tools, material, equipment, and machinery upon identification/ notification of fault/damage. c. HVAC Inspection and Maintenance Activities · Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on HVAC systems installed in operational facilities along the pipeline corridor. · Conducting inspection, troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and performance checks to ensure optimal system operation. · Maintaining system reliability to support control rooms, electrical rooms, telecom rooms, equipment shelters, and other operational buildings. d. Management and Coordination of Repair Activities · Providing qualified personnel, tools, and equipment required for repair, replacement, and restoration of HVAC systems and components. · Coordinating logistics and support activities required to complete maintenance and repair works.
