3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Delivery Of Computer Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled: Mody Studio Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0013/24.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Scope Of Delivery Includes, In Particular: Portable Computers, Electric Monitor Trolley, Monitors, Mobile Charging Cabinet. Cpv Code: 30231310-3 - Flat Panel Displays, 30213100-6 Portable Computers, 30232000-4 Peripheral Equipment, 39134000-0 Computer Furniture3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Quantity Specified In The Opz. The Supplied Equipment - Devices Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (And As Many As They Are Required), They Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device, Equipment In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz Technical Parameters, Supplemented - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name, Model Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Devices, Part Number. If The Manufacturer Does Not Assign The Above Names / Catalog Number To The Devices For The Manufactured Devices, Then The Contractor Declares That The Manufacturer Does Not Assign These Names To The Devices. Failure To Submit Appendix No. 8 To The Swz Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus Constitutes A Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3.5. The Delivered Multimedia Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) The Delivered Devices (Subject Of The Order) Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third-Party Rights, C) Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, In Polish, D) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices, Equipment In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And If The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Warranty Period Is Minimum 24 Months,E) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submission Of Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale,F) The Software Offered On The Day Of Submission Of Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production, Sale Or Technical Support,* - If Applicableg) The Ordering Party Requires That The Software Delivered Is The Software In The Version Current On The Day Preceding The Day Of Submission Of Offers. *- If Applicable) All Delivered Devices Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device.
