(735/2 Hrsz) The Individual Furniture Required For The Furnishing Of The ”B” Building Dormitory (Total: 1124 Pieces Of Furniture, In 13 Product Groups) Will Be Purchased Within The Framework Of A Sales Contract: - Bed (E-01A): 56 Pieces - Bed (E-01B): 16 Pieces - Bed (E-01C) 4 Pieces - Bedside Table (E-02): 76 Pieces - Wardrobe (E-03): 80 Pcs - Storage Cupboard (E-04): 30 Pcs - Wall Protector (E-05): 664 Pcs - Wall Shelf (E-06): 144 Pcs - Lecture Table (E-07): 1 Pcs - Buffet Chair (E-08): 15 Pcs - Sofa (E-09): 5 Pcs - Dining Chair (E-10): 20 Pcs - Bed Linen Storage (E-11): 13 The Winning Bidder Is Responsible For Delivering The Product To The Place Of Delivery, Assembling It, And Installing It In Accordance With The Issued Technical Documents. The Financing Of The Acquisition Is Supported By The Ministry Of Culture And Innovation From Domestic Budget Sources In Accordance With The Support Document Numbered Vi/848/2025/Fáfin. The Detailed Task Description And Technical Parameters Are Contained In The Technical Documents Issued As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Successful Tenderer May Only Deliver New, Faultless And Undamaged Furniture That Meets The Technical Requirements And Consignment Specified In The Documentation. The Offered Furniture Must Comply With Hungarian And Eu International Standards, Regulations And Safety Requirements. The Winning At Must Provide A Full Warranty Of At Least 24 Months, Without Prejudice To Any Manufacturers Obligations Or Warranty Rights, For All Delivered Furniture. Tenders Exceeding The Minimum Warranty Period Shall Be Evaluated By The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Documents At Max. For Another 12 Months. The Additional Offer Must Apply To All Furniture To Be Delivered. 321/2015. (X. 30.) In View Of The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That, If A Clear And Comprehensible Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Made It Necessary To Refer To A Thing Of A Specific Make, Origin, Type, Process, Activity, Person, Patent Or Trademark, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of Its Subject, And In Addition To The Designation, Or Equivalent In All Cases Understood. The Tenderer Also Accepts An Equivalent Offer, With The Condition That, In Case Of Doubt, The Equivalence Must Be Proved By The Tenderer.
