Security Services – Security Of The Charles University, Faculty Of Humanities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Daily Long-Term Physical Security Services For The Building. The Requirements For The Scope And Method Of Carrying Out Security Are Set Out In The Document Measures Of The Secretary For The Performance Of The Security Services Of The Building Of Charles University, Faculty Of Humanities, At The Address Pátkova 2137/5, 182 00 Prague 8 – Libeň. The Services That Are The Subject Of This Public Contract Will Be Performed By The Selected Supplier On The Basis Of The Contract (Annex No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation), Concluded In Accordance With The Provisions Of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, As Amended. The Place Of Performance Is A Publicly Accessible Facility That Is Primarily Used To Provide Education (Activity Of The Contracting Authority). The Building Has Floors, With Elevators And Underground Garages. The Client Points Out That The Persons Carrying Out The Objects Security Must Be Physically And Mentally Able To React Independently To Crisis Situations, Correctly Evaluate Situations And Ensure The Correction Or Prevention Of Damage In Accordance With The Clients Internal Operating Rules And The Civil Code, And Also Report Or Remove From The Guarded Premises Persons Who, In Connection With Their Health Or Physical Condition, Cannot Move In The Guarded Area With Regard To The Clients Internal Directive, And Also Persons Who Would Refuse To Leave The Guarded Area After The End Opening Hours (Homeless Persons, Persons Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Other Intoxicating Substances, Persons Disrupting The Smooth Running Of The Building, Etc.). Regular Guarding In Normal Operating Mode Represents A Range Of 32 Man-Hours Per Day (Each Month Is Different: 30 Days = 960 Man-Hours, 31 Days = 992 Man-Hours, 28 Days = 896 Man-Hours, 29 Days = 928 Man-Hours). 32 Man-Hours Per Day Also Applies To Non-Working Days (Weekends, Public Holidays). Regular Security Will Always Be Carried Out 24 Hours A Day + 8 Hours A Day (Second Member Of The Security; From 22:00 - 06:00). The Contracting Authority Requires That The Persons Carrying Out Security Are Demonstrably Familiarized By The Contractor With The Internal Rules Of Operation Of The Object, Which These Persons Are Obliged To Follow. Furthermore, The Contracting Authority Requires The Supplier To Ensure The Participation Of Security Personnel In Training Sessions According To The Contracting Authoritys Requirements. The Contracting Authority Requires That, Within The Framework Of The Implementation Of This Public Contract, The Persons Performing Security Are Equipped And Dressed In A Uniform, According To Which It Will Be Possible To Clearly Recognize These Persons From Other Visitors To The Premises. The Client Requires That The Uniform Consist Of A Shirt (With Long Or Short Sleeves) And Dress Pants, Possibly Jacket Or Sweater With Visible Markings. Similar Clothing For Women. Skirts And Dresses Or Similar Distinctive Clothing Are Not Permitted By The Contracting Authority.
