School-Meal Services - Island City - Choice Of School Catering Operator. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Provision Of School Catering For Pupils And Employees Of School Facilities In The City Of Ostrov And The Provision Of The Operation Of Canteens In These School Facilities In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Contracting Authority And In The Scope, Quality And Standard Of Catering In Accordance With Decree Of The Ministry Of Education, Youth And Sports No. 107/2005 Coll., On School Catering, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Services). Meals Will Be Provided In The Form Of Preparing Lunches In The Premises Of The Soup Kitchen With The Delivery And Dining Room Of The Ostrov Elementary School, Masarykova 1289, Contribution Organization And Their Subsequent Distribution To The Boarders Of The Ostrov Elementary School, Masarykova 1289, Contribution Organization And The Ostrov Elementary School, Contribution Organization There (Pupils And Employees Of The Ostrov Elementary School, Contribution Organization Eat In The Dining Room Of The Ostrov Elementary School, Masarykova 1289, Contribution Organization) And Their Delivery And Distribution To Other School Facilities Specified Below. The Contracting Authority Will Provide Premises In The Elementary School Buildings On The Basis Of A Written Loan Agreement, Which Forms Appendix No. 6 Zd. The Services Consist Of Catering And Operation Of The Soup Kitchen And Canteens As Well As All Activities Connected With The Production And Delivery Of Food And The Cleaning And Maintenance Of Premises And Equipment For Its Preparation And Delivery, I.E. In Particular The Cleaning, Washing And Disinfection Of All Used Dishes, Food Transport Containers, Tools And Equipment Used For Preparation And Delivery And Including The Provision Of Transport And Delivery To School Facilities. Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With All Relevant Hygiene, Safety And Fire Prevention Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Conditions Laid Down In Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On The Protection Of Public Health, As Amended, In Accordance With The Decree On School Catering And In Accordance With Valid Hygiene And Nutritional Standards For School Catering, I.E. Also In Accordance With The Principles Of Good Manufacturing And Hygienic Practice In Catering Services (Haccp). In Connection With The Performance Of The Services, The Operator Will Dispose Of Waste In An Ecological Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance And The Required Services, Their Scope, Quality And Standard Is Given In The Requirements For The Provision Of School Meals And The Operation Of Canteens In School Facilities In The City Of Ostrov, Which Form Annex No. 2 Of The Zd And In The Binding Draft Of The Contract For The Provision Of School Meals, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Zd. The Soup Kitchen With Delivery And Dining Rooms In The Individual Buildings Are Unfurnished (Dishes, Tables And Chairs, Refrigerators, Convection Ovens And All Accessories). Food Preparation Will Be Done On The Suppliers Facilities, Machines And Equipment. The Supplier Will Supply All Equipment, I.E. Large And Small Inventory, Incl. Tables, Dining Room Chairs And Tableware, Including Renewal And Replenishment Of Inventory. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure All Revisions And Tests Of Electrical
