The Services To Be Awarded Relate To The Integrated Provision Of All Planning Services For The Construction Project By A General Planner (Hereinafter An). The Aim Of The Award Process Is To Involve An Efficient General Planner At An Early Stage In Order To Develop A Technically, Organizationally And Economically Optimal And Eligible Overall Solution. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Renovation Of The Residential Buildings At Paul-Junius-Straße 36-42 And Alfred-Jung-Straße 16-22 In Berlin-Lichtenberg In The Inhabited Building, Including The Complete Renewal Of The Drinking Water, Hot Water, Circulation And Wastewater Pipes As Well As The Collecting Pipes In The Basement. At The Same Time, The Structural And Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of An Integrated System For Gray Water Use And Wastewater Heat Recovery (Iwiq - Integrated Water And Heat Recovery In The District) Must Be Planned. The Construction Project Is Being Implemented As A Real-World Laboratory As Part Of The Iwiq Research Project. The Technical Conception, Dimensioning And System Planning Of The Gray Water Recycling Plant With Integrated Heat Recovery Are Carried Out By A Specialist Planning Office (Nolde) Already Commissioned By The Client And Are Not Part Of The Tendered Services. The General Planner Must Fully Integrate The Resulting Requirements Into His Overall Planning, Coordination And Approval Planning And Provide All Planning Services Required For This, Including Interface Coordination. The Planning Of The Second Pipeline Network As Well As All The Tga Planning Services Required For This Must Be Provided By The General Planner. All Coordination, Integration, Approval And Planning Services Required For The Planning Of The Construction Project, Including The Coordination Of Iwiq-Related Measures, The Preparation Of Implementation, The Allocation Of Costs With Regard To Eligibility For Funding As Well As The Conceptual Preparation Of Monitoring And Operating Concepts Are Part Of The General Planners Services.
