The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of New Seats In The Auditorium Of The Regional Cultural Center In Piła. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of: - 500 Armchairs In The Main Hall (14 Rows) And On The Balconies - 24 Armchairs In Boxes (4 Boxes X 6 Armchairs). 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Of Full Value, Undamaged, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Suitable For Proper Operation, Meeting The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Having Appropriate Certificates, Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading, Used In Construction In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) And Not Be Encumbered With Rights In Favor Of Third Parties. 4.
