Creation Of A Dynamic Procurement System, The Purpose Of Which Is To Procure Fertilizers Suitable For The Technology Of Autumn And Spring-Sown Crops Arising During Field Crop Cultivation. In The Public Procurement Documents, The Tenderer Describes The Product Categories And Their Characteristics For The Implementation Of Which It Wishes To Create A Dbr. After The Successful Completion Of The Participation Phase Of This Procedure, When A Specific Procurement Request Arises, The Procuring Entity Will Send The Invitation To Tender To The Qualified Participants Through The Ekr. During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Kbt. Pursuant To § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description, Quantities, And Contractual Terms Of The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Shall Be Made Available To Applicants Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, And At The Same Time, The Technical Description Of The Currently Known Products Will Also Be Published During The Participation Phase Of The Dbr. Main Product Areas: 1. Spring And Autumn Fertilizers - The Tenderer Describes The Expected Quantities In The Public Procurement Documents By Publishing The Detailed Product List. In The Bidding Stages, The Bidder Plans To Purchase A Maximum Of 3 Products With Different Active Ingredient Content And Composition. Estimated Quantity: The Estimated Value Of The Total Quantity That The Contracting Authority Intends To Order During The Period Of Setting Up The Dbr (36 Months) Is Huf 870,000,000 Net. Additional Features Of The Product Categories Are Contained In The Technical Description And The Referenced Product List. During The Systems 36-Month Validity, Any Economic Operator Can Join The System If They Submit Their Application For Participation Through The Ekr And Are Deemed Suitable. Tenderer Is The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility That During The Implementation Of The Dbr, At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, With Regard To The Specific Procurement Requirement Contained Therein - Depending On The Subject And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurements - The Options For Partial Tendering Can Be Determined In The Invitation To Tender. In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Manner, The Tenderer May Refer To The Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Process, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark Specified In This Invitation And Other Public Procurement Documents. In All Such Cases, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And An Offer May Be Made For The Product Specified In This Call For Proposals, Or For The Product Equivalent To It - With Regard To The Detailed Technical Parameters Of The Given Product. During The Evaluation Of The Technical Content, The Equivalence Must Be Judged By The Bidder, For Which Decision The Bidder Must Provide All The Data. Therefore, It Is The Obligation Of The Bidder
