Supply Of procurement of sitc of air washer unit , sitc of air washer unit consists the following : (i) air cooling machine of capacity 51,000 c mh with 2 nos. centrifugal fans (1 no. working & 1 no. stand by), 2 nos. 15 kw electric motors (1 working one standby), v-belt drive for both the fans, celdek pads, 4 bend pvc eliminators, water pump 0.75 kw (1 w+1s), water distribution system with pumps, piping?s, valves etc., air intake filters, g.i. air intake louvers, fan outlet electrically operated actuator dampers and complete in all respect as per spec. (ii) supply with e rection of of g.i. ducting- supply air-(a) 0.8 mm ( 22 swg )-160 sq. metre (b) 0.6 mm ( 24 swg )-175 sq. metre (iii) supply, erection and commissioning of supply air grill with vcd of size : 450 x 250 mm-21 nos (i v) supply, installation and commissioning of volume control dampers-2 sq.metre. (v)supply and erection o f structural m s support for ducts -500 kg. (vi) supply and erection of gravity air louver size: 300 x 300 m m for exhaust system-21 nos. (vii)supply, erection and commissioning of starter panel drivers -01 set [ wa rranty period: 36 months after the date of delivery ] ]
