The Park Was Built In The Years 1923-1927 And Is Registered To The Register Of Monuments Of The Province Kujawsko-Pomorskie No. A/1466 Of March 4, 1997 And Is Located In The Protection Zone Of The Historic Spa And Park Complex From The 1920S, Entered Into The Provincial And Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Implementation Of The Task Will Contribute To Improving The Condition And Functionality Of This Historic Building. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Tourist And Recreational Attractiveness Of The Park, As Well As To Protect Its Natural And Cultural Values. In Its Existing State, The Area Intended For Construction Is A Green Area - A Spa Park With Existing Avenues Paved With Irregular Stones With A Height Of 4 To 11 Cm, Wooden Gazebos Constituting Walking Passages With Seating Niches, Lighting With Park Lanterns, 2 Fountains, An Outdoor Gym, A Fenced Playground, High And Low Plants. In The Scope Of Construction Of Additional Lighting: Existing Lighting (Lanterns And Cables Power Supplies) Of The Subject Park Are On The Property Of The Brześć Kujawski Commune, And Operated By Employees Of The Wieniec Zdrój Spa.
