The Fund Will Become One Of The Citys Business Services Instruments, The Purpose Of Which Is To Promote The Sustainable Growth Of Hämeenlinna And Hämeenlinna Companies And To Attract Companies To Take Root And Locate In Hämeenlinna. With This Call For Tenders, The Management Of The Catalyst Fund Is Tendered. The Management Of The Fund Must Be Organized In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Financial Supervisory Authority. The Competitive Service Package Includes The Following Tasks: Tasks Of The Administrator In The First Phase Before The Foundation Of The Fund:- Resourcing The Investment Team.- Creation Of The Loan Process And Development Of Evaluation Tools.- Establishment Of The Fund Company And Bank Account And Organization Of Financial Management.- Financial Supervision Documentation And Registration: Investment Strategy, Description Of The Fund And Other Necessary Brochures, Instructions, Information And Forms.- Drafting, Management And Compliance.- Pre-Marketing Of The Fund To Potential Investors And Applicants For Funding, Including E.G. Descriptions On The Website. Duties Of The Administrator When The Fund Is Operating:- Selection And Analysis Of Investment Targets Suitable For The Investment Policy.- Managing Practical Measures Related To Making The Investment, Such As Investment Analysis, Decisions, Contracts, Capital Calls And Payment.- Management And Accounting Of The Funds Assets.- Execution Of Loan Decisions, Capital Calls And Drawing Up Contracts.- Portfolio Management Including Management Of Repayments And Collections.- Monitoring Of Risk Levels And Investments.- Reporting To The Steering Group, Investors And Authorities.- Annual Financial Statements And Impact Reporting.- Handling Measures Related To Exits.- Tasks Related To The Funds Finances And Administration Such As Accounting, Payment Transactions, Budgeting, Financial Statements, Tax Declarations And Other Declarations To The Authorities. Tasks To Be Carried Out In Cooperation With The Development Agreement:- Contacting And Engaging Potential Investors. - Searching, Identifying, Activating And Evaluating Targets Suitable For The Investment Policy. - Development Of Target Companies And Assistance In Achieving Effectiveness Goals.- Investor And Stakeholder Cooperation. The More Detailed Responsibilities Of The Tasks Carried Out In Cooperation Between Linnan Kehits And The Administrator Are Identified As Part Of The Tender And Contract Process. Participation In The Production Of These Tasks Is Not A Prerequisite For Bidding, But The Know-How, Added Value And Work Contributions Obtained By Linnan Kehitsi And The Target Companies Are Scored As Part Of The Comparison Of The Request For Tender.
