1. Part No. 1 - Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With A Mineral And Asphalt Mixture In The Provincial Road District No. 4 In Mrągowo. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Offer Cost Estimates - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz (Appendix No. 2.1, 2.2 To The Swz).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Regulations, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice To Achieve The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Order.5. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Range And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order.6. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended); The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (I.E.
