The Concessionaires Main Missions Will Be, At Its Own Risk: - The Design, Financing And Construction Of All The Means Of Producing Heat And Cold For The Future Service As Well As The Network And Connections Intended To Serve Future Subscribers; - Marketing Of The Network; - Operation Of The Network (In Particular Its Ger) - Commercial Management
