Construction Work For Halls Of Residence – Edutech Campus - Complex Reconstruction Of The School Dormitory. The Subject Of The Work Is The Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The School Dormitory Located In The Edutech Campus. The Dormitory Is A Building With One Underground Floor And 7 Above-Ground Floors. As Part Of The Renovation, The Internal Spaces Of The Dormitory Will Be Renovated, On The Floors Where The Accommodation Units Will Be, The System Will Be Changed From A Room To A Cell, Each Cell Will Have A Separate Sanitary Facility (Bathroom With Shower And Toilet). A New Fire Escape Will Be Added To The Dormitory, 7Th Floor, Which Is Item No. Implemented As An Attic Will Be Removed And Treated As A New Superstructure With A Flat Roof. Within The Dormitory, There Will Be Spaces For Accommodation, Teaching, Administration And Operation. All Internal Installations Will Be New, The Buildings Fire Protection System (Eps And Hsp) Will Be Supplemented, Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Installed On The Roof, And A Battery Store For Energy Storage Will Be Set Up In The Buildings Basement. The Elevator Will Be Replaced Within The Building. - The Work Must Be Produced In Such A Way That It Complies With Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 18, 2020 On The Creation Of A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments And On The Amendment Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Taxonomy Regulation) As Well As With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm, Which Is Contained In Article 9 Paragraph 4 Regulations (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 24 June 2021 Laying Down Common Provisions On The European Regional Development Fund, The European Social Fund Plus, The Cohesion Fund, The Just Transition Fund And The European Maritime, Fisheries And Aquaculture Fund And The Financial Rules For Those Funds, As Well As For The Asylum, Migration And Integration Fund, The Internal Security Fund And The Instrument Financial Support For Border Management And Visa Policy.
