Under Priority 5 Air Of The Environment Program 2021-2027.. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Qualified Contractor/Contractors Who Will Carry Out The Design, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Support Of New Photovoltaic Systems Only For The Own Consumption Of Persons - Final Recipients Who Receive Subsidies For Heating During The Heating Season Under The Following Conditions: • The Selected Heating Alternative Is An Air-To-Air Heat Pump; • The Household Owns An Independent Residential Property (Single-Family Residential Building), Having An Electricity Meter And Lot Number; • The Home Is Primarily The Final Recipient Of The Aid For The Applicant; • The Home Is Not Connected To A Heat Transmission Network. The Estimated Total Quantity Of The Supply Of Photovoltaic Systems For Self-Consumption, Distributed By Type, Is As Follows: 1. Photovoltaic System For Self-Consumption Only With Maximum Permissible Power - 4 Kw, With Supplementing Energy From The Network, Accumulators (Batteries) And Devices That Do Not Allow The Return Of Electrical Energy To The Network - Design, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Service And One-Time Annual Technical Inspection - Estimated Number - 65. Within The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: (A) Preparation Of A Project For The Construction And Installation Of A Photovoltaic System For Own Consumption Only With A Maximum Permissible Power Of 4 Kw On The Roof Structure Of A Single-Family Residential Building, As Well As An Assessment Of The Resistance To External Factors, Including Climatic Risks, And The Safety Of The Facility. The Project Should Contain Project Solutions In Parts Constructions And Electrical With Drawings, Diagrams, Calculations, Technical Specifications And Instructions For The Implementation Of The Installation, Guaranteeing Safe Operation And Protection From The Return Of Electrical Energy To The Electrical Distribution Network, When The Building Is Connected To Such, In Connection With The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Art. 151, Para. 11. Cf. Para. 1, Item 19 Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Project Should Comply With All Rules And Norms For Health And Safety At Work; (B) Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning On Roof Structures Of Single-Family Residential Buildings And Warranty Support Of Photovoltaic Systems For Own Consumption Only With A Maximum Permissible Power Of 4 Kw, With Supplementing Energy From The Network, Batteries And Devices That Do Not Allow Electricity To Be Returned To The Network; (C) Conducting Instructions And Demonstration For Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Installed Photovoltaic Systems Of The Final Recipients During The Delivery And Installation In The Specific Properties; (D) Providing The Final Recipient With Written Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Installed Photovoltaic System; (E) Warranty Service Of The Individual Components (Photovoltaic Systems/Modules, Inverters, Batteries, Construction) Of The Delivered And Installed Photovoltaic System Within The Proposed Warranty Periods For Each Component, Which D
