Engineering Services – Expansion, Conversion And Modernization Of The Stockheim School – Technical Equipment Services, System Groups 4, 5 And 6, In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai - Lph 1-3+5-9. The Municipality Of Stockheim Is Planning To Expand, Convert And Modernize The School Building In Stockheim. Renovating The Second School Building In Reitsch Is Not Economical. The Aim Of The Measure Is The Sustainable Structural, Functional And Pedagogical Development Of The Existing School Ensemble, Taking Into Account Current Requirements For School Buildings, All-Day Care As Well As Barrier-Free And Economical Construction. Initial Situation And Project Goal: The Stockheim Elementary School Consists Of An Overgrown Building Stock That Only Meets Todays Educational, Spatial And Functional Requirements To A Limited Extent. In Particular, There Are Deficits In The Areas Of: -Spatial Organization And Flexibility Of The Learning Areas, -Allocation And Quality Of The Community, All-Day And Cafeteria Areas, -Functional Structuring Of The Administration And Ancillary Rooms, -Accessibility And Development, -Technical Equipment And Energy Standards. Against This Background, A Feasibility Study Was Drawn Up Which Serves As A Planning Basis For Further Development. The Project Aims To Further Develop Existing Building Structures, Create Additional Areas Through Extensions And Reorganize The School Site As A Whole In Terms Of Functionality, Pedagogy And Technology. Pedagogically Functional Concept: The Space And Functional Concept Is Based On A Contemporary Pedagogical Approach With Open And Flexible Learning Landscapes. Among Other Things, The Following Is Planned: -Implementation Of A Learning Office Concept With Different Formats Of Open And Individualized Learning, -Structuring Of The Learning Areas Into Year Groups Or Learning Clusters, -Training Of Central Common Areas (“Common Center / Marketplace”) As Meeting And Communication Zones, -Integration Of Differentiation, Retreat And Group Work Rooms, -Functional Allocation Of Special And Specialist Rooms (E.G. Working, Making Music, Research). The Planning Must Take Into Account Both The Educational Objectives And The Economic, Sustainable And Long-Lasting Use Of The Building. Structural Scope The Project Includes The Following Measures: - Extension Measures To Create Additional Educational And Functional Areas, - Conversion And Modernization Measures In The Existing School Building, - Reorganization And Expansion Of The Cafeteria And All-Day Areas, - Adaptation Of The Administration And Service Areas, - Barrier-Free Access (Including Vertical Access, Toilet Facilities), - Integration And Adaptation Of The Outdoor Facilities, Insofar As They Are Functionally Related To The Building. The Measures Must Be Implemented In A Sensitive Structural And Functional Context And Require Careful Coordination Between The New Building And Existing Structures.
