Tenders Are Invited For National Tender According To The Restricted Procedure For A Construction Team For The Realization Of A Structural Part Of A Sports Park In Nieuw-Bergen
The New Construction Must Be Realized By Selecting And Contracting A (Combination Of) Contractor(S), Who Will Develop A Final Design Into A Technical Design (To) In An Engineering Team And Will Therefore Also Be Given The Opportunity To Realize The Work. The (Combination Of) Contractor(S) Is Fully Responsible For Both The Architectural And Installation Technical Parts Of The Assignment. In The First Phase, The (Combination Of) Contractor(S) Develops The Final Design Into A Technical Design. After Completion Of The Technical Design And Associated Final Budget, A Contract For The Implementation Phase Will Be Agreed Or Not. In The Implementation Phase, Further Elaboration Will Take Place Until The Ready Design And Final Realization Will Take Place. €4,000,000
