Radio, Television, Communication, Telecommunication And Related Equipment – ​​Av Hardware Meetings For The Judiciary. Ivo Judiciary (Contracting Authority) Is Issuing A European Public Tender For The Supply Of Audiovisual (Av) Hardware And Accessories For Hybrid Meeting Rooms Within The Judiciary. Ivo Rechtspraak Does The Management And Maintenance Itself. The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three (3) And A Minimum Of Two (2) Contractors For A Period Of Two (2) Years, With An Option To Extend Twice One (1) Year (Maximum Four Years). The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Mainly Includes: • The Supply Of Av Products From An Existing Product Catalog (Installed Base); • Functional Requests For New Or Replacement Av Solutions; • In Specific Cases, Additional Services Through Further Agreements (Such As Logistics, Support Or Temporary Deployment Of Capacity). The Judiciary Has Approximately 350 Meeting Rooms Spread Across Courts And Tribunals. Based On The Expected Development Of Renewal And Replacement Demand, Ivo Jurisprudence Expects That The Total Turnover Resulting From Further Assignments And Further Agreements Under The Framework Agreement Av Hybrid Meetings Will Be Between €600,000 And €1,000,000 Per Calendar Year (Excluding Vat). This Is An Estimate. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate And No Purchase Obligation Arises From This For The Contracting Authority. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is €4,500,000 (Excluding Vat) For The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years, Consisting Of An Initial Period Of Two (2) Years With The Possibility Of Extension By Two Times One (1) Year.
