Computer Facilities Management Services – Global Information System Outsourcing. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Global Outsourcing Services For The Information System Of The Société Publique Locale Chambley-Madine. These Services Include In Particular: * Operation, Administration And Maintenance In Operational (Mco) And Security (Mcs) Conditions Of The Information System; * User Support (L1, N2, N3); * Management, Development And Security Of Network, Systems And Telephony Infrastructures; * Implementation Of Corrective Actions Resulting From The Audit Of The Information System Previously Carried Out; * Strategic And Operational Support For The Spl In The Governance Of Its Information System. The Detailed Scope Of The Services Is Defi Ned In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Holder Undertakes To Ensure Optimal Continuity Of Service, To Guarantee The Security Of Systems And Data, And To Propose A Continuous Improvement Approach.
