1. The Order Includes The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Documentation Is Prepared For The Entire Road, But It Will Be Implemented Only In The Scope Covering The Section From 0+417 To Km 1+900 In The Amounts Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Investment Planned To Be Carried Out At This Stage Covers A Road Section With A Length Of 1,483 Km. It Starts Behind The Intersection With National Road No. 12 In Kozenin And Runs Through Kamilówka To Popławy. The Road Expansion Project Covers The Section From Km 0+417 To Km 1+900. 2. Sources Of Financing: The Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Under The Above-Mentioned Sources Of Financing, Were Not Granted To Him.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Detailed Material Scope To Be Implemented Includes The Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities. Two Sections Have Been Separated, On Which The Following Works Are Planned: Widening Of The Road To A Width Of 5.5 M In The Development Area (Section No. 1) And To A Width Of 6 M Outside The Development Area (Section No. 2), After Completely Dismantling The Damaged One And Constructing A Full Road Structure Over The Entire Cross-Section And Widenings, Strengthening Or Construction Of A New Foundation Structure, Construction Of A Surface Consisting Of Layers: Abrasive (5 Cm), Binding (7 Cm). Entrance Islands In Kozenin And At The Entrance To Popławy To Calm Traffic. Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk Located In The Town Of Kamilówka Next To The Road, 2 M Wide, Made Of Concrete Cubes. 8 Cm In The Development Area. Extension Of The 1St Intersection With The Municipal Road No. 107575E. Construction Of Bus Stops With Concrete Block Platforms (Right And Left Sides Of The Road) And Bus Shelters In The Town Of Kozenin. Roadsides To Be Made Of Concrete Blocks. 1.5 M Wide And Hardened With Aggregate 1 M Wide And 10 Cm Thick. Renovation Of Reinforced Concrete Culverts Under The Road, Construction Of Roadside Ditches Along The Entire Length Of The Works, Including Their Reinforcement With Openwork Slabs And Partially Laying Concrete Channels. Construction Of Exits With A Concrete Pavement And Pipes With A Diameter Of 40 Cm (Including Public Exits). Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings, Including Pedestrian Crossings And Markings With Strips Made Of Chemically Hardened Structural Mass In Red In Front Of The Islands And Pedestrian Crossings, And Vertical Markings, Including Active All D-6 And C-9 Signs.
