Tenders are Invited for Operation, Maintenance and Management of the Clinical Waste Treatment Unit Generated by the Healthcare Facilities Affiliated to the Ministry of Health, Located in the Mina Abdullah Area (Shuaiba-2). Documents Price: KD 1,000/- Important conditions and instructions: The tender documents will be published on CAPTs website for review before purchase; payment by certified cheque or K-Net card; bid submission deadline 1:00 p.m. on the closing date. Bidders must follow the instructions for tenderers regarding submission of bids on CD as published on www.capt.gov.kw; all documents on non-copyable CD except the bid form and bid bond as hard copies. The tender is indivisible. A valid national manpower percentage certificate must be submitted with the bid. A valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming the absence of any hold on the bidders file is required; non-compliant bids will be excluded. SME owners are exempt from document fees pursuant to Article (39) of Law No. 74/2019 and must attach a valid certificate from the National Fund for SMEs. Bid Bond: KD 15,000 valid for 90 days in favour of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. General Instructions for Kuwaiti Tenders (CAPT): The text of the tender documents will be posted on the website of CAPT for information before purchasing the tender documents. The offers should be submitted not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov.kw. The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors/companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at the time and place mentioned above for the pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted on paper. This tender is indivisible. The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer. The tenderer should submit a current "To Whom It May Concern" certificate issued by the Manpower Public Authority stating that the file of the tenderer at the MPA is not suspended because of any of the violations specified in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010.
