Provision Of Insurance Services For The Needs Of The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation Business By Specific Positions. The Public Order Includes Eight Specific Positions, As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1 Civil Liability Insurance Of Motor Vehicles, Owned By The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation; - Separate Position No. 2 Accident Insurance For Seats In Motor Vehicles Owned By The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation; - Separate Position No. 3 Casco Insurance Of Motor Vehicles, Owned By The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation; - Separate Position No. 4 Insurance Of Buildings And Facilities Used And Managed By The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation; - Separate Position No. 5 Hotel Guest Accident Insurance For The Sites Of The Ia Military Clubs And Military Recreation; - Separate Position No. 6 Tour Operator Liability Insurance; - Separate Item No. 7 Insurance Assistance When Traveling Abroad And - Separate Position No. 8 Group Insurance Childrens Accident. Under This Procedure, Specific Items #1 To #5 Of The Public Order Will Be Awarded. Participants In The Procedure May Submit Offers For One, For Several Or For All Specific Items From #1 To #5 Of The Public Order. Each Specific Item Is Subject To A Separate Procurement Agreement. The Services Under This Procedure Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Relevant Specific Items Under The Procedure - From Appendix No. 1 To Appendix No. 5 With The Appendices To Them, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Enables The Contracting Authority To Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 Without Vat For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1,000,000 Without Vat For Construction And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has Assigned Separate Items No. 6, 7 And 8 Of The Order In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value, Namely By Direct Award According To Article 20, Paragraph 4 Of The Public Procurement Act. Specific Items No. 6, 7 And 8 Of The Order Should Not Be Submitted Under This Procedure.
