The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Major Repairs And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures For The Buildings. The Renewal Of The Roof Structure And Roof Coverings Is Of Primary Importance, Including And Replacing The Compromised Wooden Joists. The Roofs Of Both Buildings Are Gabled, Separated From Each Other By A Firewall. The New Roofing Is Planned To Be Shingles. The Project Envisages The Following Activities: In Building With Identifier 20482.501.780.8 Replacement Of Wooden Roof Structure, Incl. Roof Coverings, Sheathing, Drainage, Restoration Of Chimney Bodies And Laying Of Thermal Insulation On The Roof; Replacement Of A Wooden Beam; Laying Of Thermal Insulation On Facades Eps 10 Cm., Including Primer, Putty With Mesh And Mineral Plaster. Insulation At Plinth Xps 10 Cm. And Mosaic Plaster; Replacement Of Windows; Laying Of A New 10 Cm Concrete Floor And Granite Tiles; Plastering And Painting With Latex On Walls; Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboard, Incl. Plastering And Painting; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures. In Building With Identifier 20482.501.780.9 Replacement Of Wooden Roof Structure, Incl. Laying Reinforced Cement Screed And Granite Flooring; Plastering And Painting With Latex On Walls; Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboard, Incl. Plastering And Painting; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures. The Implementation Activities Are According To The Bill Of Quantities Approved By The Financing Authority And The Provisions Of The Investment Project.
