Internal Audit Services – It And Financial Audit Of Infrastructure For Digital Mail. Digg Needs To Strengthen Its Ability In It Audit (Technology And Operational Perspective) And Financial Audit. Digg Is Looking For A Team Of Technical, Organizational And Financial Consultants Who Will Support Digg In The Work Of Auditing Actors Who Operate Within Ordinance (2018:357) On Joint Authority Infrastructure For Digital Mail And Law (2023:704) On Authorization Systems In Respect Of Services For Electronic Identification And For Digital Mail But Limited To Authorization System For Digital Mail. The Assignment Includes The Following Tasks: Complete Work With An Audit That Has Begun Of An Actor That Operates Within The Above-Mentioned Regulation. If Necessary, Produce Or Revise Instructions And Manuals For The Actors Internal Audit In Order To Ensure An Equal Treatment Audit Of The Suppliers Over Time Who Follow The Current Requirements Of The Infrastructure For Digital Mail. If Necessary, Participate In Diggs Change Of Internal Processes And Routines Regarding Audit For Digital Mail. Contribute With Experience To Digital Mail Requirement Setting Work. The Internal Audit Reports From The Above-Mentioned Actors. In Addition To The Above, During The Assignment, The Team Must Be Prepared To Receive Handovers From Existing Digital Mail Auditors And Likewise Be Prepared To Hand Over Existing Digital Mail Audits To Future Consultants If Such A Need Arises. The Assignment Requires Independent Consultants With Extensive Experience Who Can Work Towards Given Goals With Minimal Supervision. The Assignment Requires Competence In Three (3) Different Audit Areas And The Team Can Therefore Consist Of Up To Three (3) Consultants But Can Consist Of (2) Consultants If The Knowledge Requirements Are Met. A Consultant Can Thus Fulfill Several Roles In The Team, But At Certain Times The Scope Of The Assignment Is Deemed To Be So Extensive That Three (3) Consultants May Be Needed For The Assignments To Be Delivered On Time. The Nature Of The Assignment Means That The Consultants Must Be Security Classified In Level 2 And That A Security Protection Agreement Level 3 Will Be Established Between Digg And The Supplier. Offered Consultants Must Therefore Be Expected To Pass A Security Check, Have Swedish Citizenship And Be Expected To Carry Out The Assignment In Diggs It Environment On Diggs Equipment Within The Eu/Eea. The Ceiling Volume Is 4 Million Ex Vat During The Contract Period.
