Event Services – Comprehensive Service For Economic Events Organized In Małopolska By The Małopolska Voivodeship As Part Of The Business In Małopolska Center, Including Option Rights. 1. The Subject Of The Basic Order Is Comprehensive Service For 6 Economic Events Organized In The Małopolska Voivodeship By The Małopolska Voivodeship As Part Of The Centrum Business In Małopolska Partnership, Hereinafter Referred To As Events. 2. The Events Will Be Of A Business Nature, Such As: Information Meetings For Entrepreneurs, Conferences Or Other Promotional Events. 3. All Events Will Take Place In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Excluding Kraków) In Towns Such As: Chrzanów, Oświęcim, Gorlice, Nowy Sącz, Stary Sącz, Nowy Targ, Zakopane, Miechów, Proszowice, Tarnów. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Mentioned Locations. 4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Provide Conference Space, 2) Provide Stage And Technical Setting Services With Technical Support, 3) Provide Transport, Assembly And Disassembly Of Equipment And Supplies, 4) Provide Streaming, 5) Provide Film Recording Of Events, 6) Create Short Video Material, 7) Ensure Preparation Of Graphic Materials. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing The Order Under The Option Right, Which Will Consist In Comprehensive Service Of 6 Events In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship On The Terms And Conditions Of The Basic Order. 6. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Up To 14 Days Before The End Of The Basic Order Execution Period By Submitting A Declaration To The Contractor And Indicating The Execution Period Of The Order Covered By The Option Right. 7. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right Or Limits The Scope Of Order Execution In The Manner Specified In The Contract And Opz, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 8. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 9. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 10. As Part Of The Performance Of The Basic Order And If The Ordering Party Exercises Its Option Right, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Economic Copyrights To The Ordering Party - Details Are Described In The Contract Template. 11. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
