Repair And Maintenance Services Of Locomotive Wheelsets – Repair Of Wheel Sets From The En76 Vehicle. 1. Subject To The Following Sentence, The Delivery And Collection Of Wheel Sets Will Take Place At Put Zbąszynek, Ul. Kolejowa 3, 66-210 Zbąszynek (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Handover). If The Ordering Party Uses The Relocation Of The Set, The Wheelset Will Be Collected At The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor, Which Will Be Treated By The Parties In This Respect As The Place Of Handover. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport Each Wheelset From The Place Of Delivery To The Contractor And Back To The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And Risk, And If The Orderer Uses From Shifting The Set - Also Transport Of A Wheel Set Dismantled From One Provided By The Order. In All Provisions Of The Contract Notice, Swz And Its Annexes, In Which The Order Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Considered That The Order.
