Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of Liquid Fuels By Refueling Vehicles And Mechanical Equipment At The Ordering Partys Disposal - With The Provision Of Non-Cash, Periodic Settlement Of Transactions, At Fuel Stations, One Of Which Should Be Located Within A Radius Of 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat With Access For Trucks With A Gvw Of Over 18 Tons, As Well As At Least 20 Fuel Stations In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Requires That Only Specific Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party May Use Cashless Transactions. The List Of Persons For Whom The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Access To Transactions (E.G. Cards, Other Tools Enabling Cashless Transactions) Will Be Presented After The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer. Estimated Quantity And Range Of Liquid Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Order: A) Pb95 Unleaded Petrol - 18,000 Liters, B) Pb98 Unleaded Petrol - 2,000 Liters, C) Diesel Oil - 540,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have In Each Voivodeship In Poland At Least 3 Gas Stations With The Possibility Of Cashless Purchases. 2) Names And Codes Relating To The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Main Cpv Code: 09132100-4 - Unleaded Petrol 09134000-7 - Diesel Oil 3) Settlement: A) Settlement Period - From The 1St To The 15Th Day Of The Month And From The 16Th Day Of The Month To The Last Day Of The Month. The Date Of Sale Is The Last Day Of A Given Settlement Period, B) Refueling Must Be Carried Out Using A Tool Enabling Cashless Purchases By Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) All Tools (E.G. Cards) Used In Cashless Transactions Should Meet Bank Security Standards And Should Be Secured With A Confidential Pin Identification Code, Which Will Be Known Only To Their Users, D) Detailed Arrangements Regarding The Number Of Tools For Cashless Transactions, Their Types And The Introduced Limits And Options Will Be Agreed Upon Before Signing The Contract, E) The Basis For Settlements Will Be The Quantity Of The Purchased Goods In Accordance With The Prices Applicable At A Given Station On The Day Of The Transaction, Less Any Rebates Or Rebates. The Contractor Will Ensure Control Of The Refueling Of Appropriate Vehicles. The Inspection Will Consist In Checking The Compliance Of The Registration Number Provided By The Driver. 4) Other Information Is Included In Chapter 3 Of The Swz.
