Responses will be issued via all RFPs solicitation channels and email. Bids must be submitted on or before 12 midnight GMT, June 1st , 2026, via email to chaitzprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org, quoting Reference RFP/CHAITZ/EAPOA/mLOX/003 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2MB and cannot be sent by email, please request an upload link with the subject Requesting upload link to chaitzprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Medical LOX (mLOX) supply and transport services will be assessed against CHAIs quality policy and applicable local laws and regulations. Suppliers may be requested to submit additional information and/or participate in a site visit.
