Construction Work For Engineering Works Except Bridges, Tunnels, Shafts And Subways - Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design As Well As Construction And Assembly Works According To This Design For The Reconstruction Of The Station Along With The Replacement Of Hv/Mv Transformers In Gpz Lotnisko. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation As Well As Construction And Assembly Works In The Design And Build Formula, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out Construction Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform Works In Accordance With This Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Station Along With The Replacement Of Hv/Mv Transformers In Gpz Lotnisko. The Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works Includes: 1.1. Replacement Of Two Hv/Mv Transformers With Units With A Power Of 31.5 Mva (Including: Purchase, Delivery, Foundation And Assembly), 1.2. Replacement Of Mv Cable Bridges, 1.3. Adaptation Of The Mv Switchgear To The Increase In Load, 1.4. Adaptation Of Telemechanics Devices And Eaz Of The Station. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed Only Using (Regardless Of Its Method Or Scope) Software, Materials, Products Or Devices That Come From: 2.1. From Member States Of The European Union Or 2.2. From Third Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Other International Agreements To Which The European Union Is A Party, Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, With Origin Being Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Section 1 And 2 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Customs Code. 3. Scope Of The Investment Project And The Sequence Of Work Implementation: 3.1. Stage I - Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation, Also Called Design Documentation Or Documentation. 3.2. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Consisting Of: 3.2.1. Stage Ii A - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of 2 Hv/Mv Transformers On The Stand And Post-Assembly Tests. Foundation Means: Unloading And Erecting The Transformers Hv/Mv At The Station, Which Is An Element Of The Subject Of The Order. 3.2.2. Stage Ii B - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Including Installation Of Hv/Mv Transformers And All Other Materials And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Operational Program Together With Supplementary Information (Hereinafter Referred To As The Functional And Operational Program Or Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 14 To The Swz.
