The Faculty Of Agriculture Is The Only Academic Institution In Israel That Grants Degrees In The Various Fields Of Agriculture And One Of The Leading Institutions In The World In This Field. 3. Adjacent To The Faculty Of Agriculture In Rehovot Is The Agricultural Farm, Which Is A Testing, Training And Demonstration Site For Students And Farmers. The Existence Of A Modern Agricultural Farm Is A Key Tool Required By The Faculty Of Agriculture To Meet Existing Challenges And Allows The Facultys Researchers To Promote And Develop Technologies And Solutions Required For Agriculture In Israel And Around The World. Needless To Say, The Farms Proximity To The Faculty Is Of Great Importance In Order To Make The Research And Teaching Activities That Take Place On The Farm Accessible To Researchers And Students Alike. 4. Due To Development Plans Being Promoted In The Area, The Faculty Is Required To Move The Farm To Another Site And, For This Purpose, Needs Free And Available Space That Meets The Following Requirements: 4.1. Agricultural Land In A Contiguous Area Of At Least 250-350 Dunams. 4.2. Privately Owned. 4.3. Without Restrictions From Regulatory Bodies, Government Ministries, Cooperative Societies, Etc. 4.4 Land Is Free Of Contamination And/Or Antiquities And Not Near Air Pollution, Chemicals, Etc. 4.5. Is Located No More Than A 20-Minute Drive From The Faculty Of Agriculture. 4.6. Easy Access To The Vehicle. 4.7. Possibility Of Arrival On Foot. Accessibility To Public Transportation - An Advantage. 4.8. Electricity And Water Infrastructure As Well As An Annual Water Quota Of Approximately 100,000 Cubic Meters. 4.9. Possibility To Demarcate And Fence The Area. 5. The Nature Of The Requested Transaction Can Be: 5.1. Acquisition Of Full Rights To Private Land And/Or Administrative Land. 5.2. Purchase Of Rental/Lease Rights For A Period Of At Least 24 Years. 6. 5.3. The University Will Be Entitled To Contact The Bidders To Obtain Further Clarifications. 8. Submitting A Response To This Rfi Will Not Constitute A Condition For Participation In The Tender Or Any Other Procedure That The University Decides To Promote. 9. Each Response Must Include A Description Of The Proposed Areas, A Copy Of The Land Registry Document, A Map, And Planning Information. If The Response Is Not Submitted By The Owners Registered In The Land Registry, A Power Of Attorney From The Registered Owner Must Be Attached. 10. It Is Clarified That The University Will Not Pay Brokerage Fees For The Contract That Will Be Created As A Result Of Or Following This Procedure. All Expenses Associated With The Preparation Of The Information And/Or Proposals And Their Submission Will Be At The Sole Expense Of The Proposer.
