Tenders Are Invited For Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Plumbing - Tag – Theater An Der Gumpendorfer Straße Gmbh (Ag) Is Inviting Tenders For The Provision Of Services For Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Sanitary Installations (Hkls For Short) For The Renovation Of The Historic Theater Building Teata, Gumpendorfer Straße 67, 1060 Vienna. The Aim Of The Award Procedure In Question Is To Conclude A “Contract For The Provision Of Services In The Area Of Hkls” (“Service Contract”) Between The Ag On The One Hand And The Bidder Ranked Highest In The Award Procedure In Question On The Other Hand. The Ag Carries Out A Direct Award With Prior Notice In Accordance With Section 47 Bvergg. Provisions Of The Bvergg Only Apply If They Are Expressly Stated In Section 47 Bvergg Or In The Relevant Procedural Documents. Interested Companies Can Voluntarily Take Part In A Site Visit. See The Procedural Documents For Further Details.
