The Ag Carries Out A Direct Award With Prior Notice In Accordance With Section 47 Bvergg. Provisions Of The Bvergg Only Apply If They Are Expressly Stated In Section 47 Bvergg Or In The Relevant Procedural Documents. Interested Companies Can Voluntarily Take Part In A Site Visit. See The Procedural Documents For Further Details.
