The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Analysis Of The Joint Effects Of The Changes Regarding Housing Subsidies And Social Security. In The 2023–2027 Government Period, Social Security And Subsidies For Housing And Housing Production Have Been Significantly Reduced And Tightened, And Some Forms Of Subsidies Have Been Completely Removed. Changes And Subsidy Index Freezes Target Different Population Groups Unevenly And Can Increase Housing-Related Risks, Especially When The Combined Effects On The State-Subsidized Housing Stock Have Not Been Assessed As A Whole. The Goal Is To Assess The Combined Effects Of Changes To Housing And Social Security On The Well-Being And Inequality Of Different Population Groups, And To Produce Information To Support Legislative And Policy Preparation.
