The Framework Agreement Includes The Delivery Of Plumbing Works Related To The Municipalities Operation, Maintenance, Rehabilitation And Minor Conversions Of Municipal Buildings. The Agreement Shall Cover Both Planned Maintenance Tasks And Unforeseen, Urgent Needs, Including Work That Is Necessary To Remedy Faults, Damage And Operating Disturbances In Water, Sewage And Heating Systems. The Assignments Can Vary In Scope And Complexity, And Can Include Both Interior And Exterior Work On The Buildings Technical Installations. The Framework Agreement Must Ensure The Municipalities Predictable Access To Skilled Plumbers Throughout The Agreement Period, So That The Buildings Function, Value And Lifespan Are Safeguarded.
