The Aim Of The Project In Question Is To Monitor Construction During Construction And To Ensure Compliance With Environmental Regulations Regarding Noise Impacts From Construction Activities In The Eia Areas North And South Of Seestadt Aspern. Continuous Noise Monitoring Is Intended To Ensure That The Specified Limit Values ​​Are Adhered To And That Any Exceedances Are Detected And Documented In A Timely Manner. The Services To Be Provided Include, In Particular, The Construction And Operation Of Several Sound Measuring Points Including Traffic Counting Points In The North And South Areas, The Establishment Of A Data-Supported Web Portal With An Alarm Function As Well As Ongoing Data Storage, Processing And Provision. In Order To Achieve The Stated Objectives, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Party, On The Basis Of Which The Necessary Noise Monitoring Services Are Provided. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four Years, Which Can Be Extended By A Further Year (Clients Option). The Total Amount That Can Be Accessed On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded (I.E. Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including The Option) Amounts To Eur 300,000 (Net, Maximum Call Volume As Of April 2026 Excluding Valorization According To The Framework Agreement In Point V.4, Which Thus Changes The Maximum Call Volume). The Estimated Contract Value Of The Services To Be Provided Via The Framework Agreement (Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including The Option) Amounts To Eur 300,000 (Net, As Of April 2026).
