The Acquisition Is Carried Out To Fulfill The Municipalitys Obligation To Establish A Replacement Facility After Previous Outdoor Tennis Courts Were Removed In Connection With The Development Of An Artificial Grass Court. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Ensure Randaberg Tennis Club And The Local Community Access To Modern, Functional And Durable Outdoor Tennis Courts With Good And Stable Playing Conditions Over Time. The Municipality Therefore Emphasizes Solutions With High Quality, A Long Service Life And A Robust Design, So That The Facility Can Be Used In A Safe And Efficient Way During The Outdoor Season. The Project Is To Be Carried Out In An Existing Sports Area With Ongoing Activity. Suppliers Must Therefore Take Account Of Limited Construction Area, Adapted Rigging, Access And Logistics, As Well As Necessary Considerations For Safety, Surroundings And Coordination With Lighting That Is Carried Out As A Side Contract. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Concerns An Execution Contract Based On The Clients Designed Solution, Regulated By Ns 8406 Norwegian Construction And Construction Contract, With The Clarifications That Follow From The Basis Of The Competition. The Assignment Includes The Establishment Of Three (3) Outdoor Hardcourt Tennis Courts With Associated Structures And Installations, And Shall Result In A Complete, Completed And Functional Facility That Can Be Taken Over Ready For Use. The Delivery Mainly Includes Demolition And Removal Of Existing Decks And Structures, Foundation Work And Mass Handling, Establishment Of Trough Bottom And Bearing Layer, Asphalted Decks As Well As Delivery And Establishment Of Hard Court Top Deck With Line Marking. It Also Includes The Necessary Foundations, Retaining Walls, Embedded Steel Structures, Drainage And Stormwater Management, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Fences, Gates And Fixed Track Equipment. The Contractor Must Deliver A Fully Transferable Plant And Take Care Of The Necessary Coordination With Regard To Lighting As A Side Contract. The Assignment Also Includes Requirements For Quality Assurance, Control, Documentation And Fdv In Accordance With The Basis Of The Competition.
