T26-026 Spruceland Transit Exchange Upgrade . City Of Prince George (The “City”) Invites Bids From Qualified And Experienced Contractors For The Comprehensive Replacement Of The Transit Spruceland Exchange Platforms For Bay B And C Along Central Street, Aimed At Enhancing Both Safety And Functionality. The Project Will Include The Installation Of Four (4) Led Lights, Positioned To Face The Sidewalks To Help Improve Visibility And Safety. Additionally, Four (4) Trees Along The Bay B Platform Will Be Removed To Facilitate The Necessary Infrastructure Upgrades. To Enhance Accessibility For Visually Impaired Riders, Two (2) Strips Of Tactile Surfacing Will Be Installed Along The Curbs Of Bay B And C. Additionally, Two (2) Small, Raised Planters, Approximately Six (6) Feet Long By Two (2) Feet Wide Will Be Added To Enhance The Landscape. This Solicitation May Lead To Sequential Or Concurrent Negotiations With One Or More Bidders Offering The Lowest Bid(S), Or To The Creation Of A Contract Without Negotiations.
