1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Technical Documentation, I.E. Construction Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications, Bills Of Quantities And Work Cost Estimates, Along With Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Construction Of A Tunnel In The Embankment Under Railway Line 143 For The Purposes Of Connecting Pedestrian And Bicycle Promenade Along The Left Bank Of The City Canal. Technical Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Concept Provided By The Ordering Party. The Planned Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Wrocław Walking And Cycling Program. This Order Concerns A Tunnel Passage Through The Railway Embankment With Accesses On Both Sides Of The Embankment, With A Surface Similar To The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes Running Along The Southern Bank Of The City Canal, From The Warsaw Bridges On The Eastern Side And From The Trzebnicki Bridges On The Western Side Of The Investment. The Documentation Should Also Include The Required Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility, I.E. Drainage And Lighting. As Part Of The Task, Full Technical Documentation Should Be Prepared Along With Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Concept In Variant 1 - Construction Of An Underpass Without Reconstruction Of The Railway Line, Provided By The Ordering Party. 2.
