The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out In Room No. 30 (Computer Room), Located On The Second Floor Of The Facility.1. Scope Of Construction Worksthe Main Goal Of Construction Works Is A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Interior Of The Hall, Including Floors And Walls. As Part Of The Floor Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Existing, Worn-Out Pvc Floor Covering And Remove Concrete Plinths. After Appropriate Preparation Of The Substrate And Applying A New Smoothing Layer (Self-Leveling Compound), A New Homogeneous Floor Covering (Forbo Essence Class Or Equivalent) Should Be Laid. The New Surface Must Have Anti-Slip Properties, Have A Hygienic Certificate For Use In Educational Construction And Be Rolled Up Onto The Walls To A Height Of At Least 10 Cm. In Terms Of Finishing Works On Walls And Ceilings, The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Repairs To The Plaster (Especially In Places Where The Plinths Were Removed) And Prepare The Substrate For Painting. The Ceiling And Upper Parts Of The Walls Will Be Painted Twice With Latex Paint. The Lower Parts Of The Walls, Up To A Height Of 1.5 Meters, Will Be Finished By Repairing The Existing Paneling And Painting It Twice With Oil Paint. All Accompanying Works, Such As Securing The Window And Door Frames With Protective Foil, As Well As Loading, Removal And Disposal Of Rubble (Including Materials Considered Hazardous), Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.2. The Scope Of Works In The Electrical Industry. Modernization Of The Lighting Installation Includes The Dismantling Of Old Fixtures And Their Professional Disposal. The Contractor Will Prepare The Ground For The New Installation, And Then Install And Connect Energy-Saving Led Luminaires With The Technical Parameters Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Completion Of Electrical Works Must Be Confirmed By Professional Measurements Of The Lighting Intensity In The Room, Documenting Compliance With The Workplace Standards.
