The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse Building For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of The Ełk Commune And Providing Authors Supervision During Construction Works Until The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. The Documentation Is To Be Complete So As To Enable The Ordering Party To Obtain, On Its Basis, A Decision On A Building Permit From The Appropriate Architectural And Construction Authority To Commence Works Pursuant To Art. 28 Of The Construction Law For The Entire Construction Project Included In The Construction Design And Conducting Public Procurement Procedures For The Construction Of The Facility. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Task Is Carried Out With Funds From Subsidies To Co-Finance Own Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense.
