The General Objective Of The Investment Is The Rehabilitation, Modernization And Energy Efficiency Of The Educational Infrastructure Related To The A.T. Laurian National College In The Municipality Of Botoșani, In Order To Ensure Adequate, Safe And Compliant Conditions For The Educational Process. The Investment Aims To Bring The Existing Building Up To Current Standards Regarding Construction Quality, Operational Safety, Energy Efficiency And User Comfort, In Compliance With The Regulations Applicable To Interventions On Heritage Buildings. By Carrying Out The Works, It Contributes To The Increase In The Quality Of Public Works In The Field Of Education And To The Sustainable Development Of The Botoșani Municipality, In Accordance With The Objectives Of The Financing Program. The Specific Objectives To Which The Works Contribute Are: Os1 – Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Educational Infrastructure Implementation Of Intervention Works On The Existing Construction, In Order To Ensure Some Functional Spaces, Adapted To The Current Requirements Of The Educational Process. Os2 – Increasing Safety In Operation Bringing The Building To The Level Of Essential Quality Requirements, Including Structural Stability And Fire Safety, According To The Legislation In Force. Os3 – Improving Energy Performance Reducing Energy Consumption Through Interventions On The Building Envelope And Modernizing Facilities, Contributing To The Reduction Of Operating Costs And The Impact On The Environment. Os4 – Improving The Quality Of The Indoor Environment Ensuring Optimal Thermal, Visual And Ventilation Comfort Conditions, Necessary For Carrying Out Educational Activities. Os5 – Ensuring Accessibility And Inclusion Adapting Infrastructure For Use By All Categories Of Beneficiaries, Including People With Disabilities, According To Accessibility Requirements. Os6 – Preservation And Valorization Of The Built Heritage Carrying Out The Interventions In A Manner Compatible With The Buildings Historical Monument Status, With The Preservation And Enhancement Of The Existing Architectural Elements. Os7 – Increasing The Quality Of Educational Works Creating An Adequate Physical Framework That Supports Modern Educational Activities And Contributes To Increasing The Performance Of The Educational Process. The Executor Has The Obligation To Ensure The Immunization Of The Infrastructure Against Climate Change, To Respect And Apply The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm) During The Execution Of The Works, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Technical Proposal And To Present The Supporting Documents Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Regarding The Observance Of The Dnsh Principles, As Assumed By The Declaration On Ensuring The Immunization Of The Infrastructure Against Climate Change And Observing The Application Of The Principles Dnsh In Project Implementation.
