Water Distribution And Related Services – Delegation Of The Management Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Services, In Plopu Municipality, Prahova County. The Object Of The Concession Contract Is The Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Water Supply And Sewerage Service In Plopu Commune, Prahova County, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation Applicable In The Field Of Community Public Utility Services. The Contract Implies The Assignment To The Concessionaire Of The Right And Obligation To Operate, Maintain, Exploit, Monitor And Manage The Technical-Building Infrastructure Related To The Existing Water Supply And Sewage Services At The Level Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit, As Well As, As The Case May Be, Its Development And Modernization. As Part Of The Contract, The Concessionaire Will Ensure: The Continuous And Safe Supply Of The Drinking Water Supply Service; Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Domestic Wastewater; Operation And Maintenance Of Water And Sewage Distribution Networks, Pumping Stations, Reservoirs And, Where Appropriate, Treatment Plants; Carrying Out Current And Capital Repairs Necessary For The Operation Of The System; Water Quality Monitoring And Compliance With Environmental And Public Health Parameters; Relationship With Service Users And Management Of Supply Contracts; Implementation Of An Investment Program, If Provided For In The Award Documentation. The Amount Of Services Is Determined By The Estimated Number Of Users (Population And Economic Agents), The Length And Configuration Of The Existing Networks And The Estimated Volume Of Water Supplied And Waste Water Collected, According To The Data Presented In The Specifications. The Concession Contract Will Run For A Period Of 5 Years, At The Risk And Responsibility Of The Concessionaire, In Accordance With The Principles Of Economic Efficiency And Public Service Continuity.
